Ginn Sur Mer - Bahamas — American Surveying & Mapping was retained by the Ginn Golf to provide surveying services for Ginn sur Mer, a 2,000 acre master-planned resort development on the western most tip of the Grand Bahama Island. This project will take 10 years and some $4.9 billion dollars to build. Robert Ginn has spent years cultivating ideas for Ginn sur Mer. Now, with the blessing of the Bahamian government, they have been granted permission to make this dream a reality. The plan is elaborate and will include a Jack Nicklaus oceanfront golf course, an Arnold Palmer oceanfront golf course, a Grand Canal with water taxis and gondolas and a 55,000 sq. ft. Monte Carlo-style casino among other amenities.

Murdock Village - Port Charlotte, Florida — American Surveying & Mapping has been selected to provide surveying services for Kitson & Partners on the renewed efforts to develop Murdock Village in Port Charlotte. This project is a pro-active attempt to redevelop approximately 1,200 acres of predominately vacant platted lots in Charlotte County.
